3. Offerings

• Services: access to online tracking modules, dashboards, and performance analysis support.
• Information Products: digital guides, tutorials, and training materials available for download or online access.
• Goods: any physical items sold through our platform.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for each offering are specified at the time of purchase. All fees are quoted in the currency shown on the purchase page. Payment must be completed before any access or delivery.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

If you are not fully satisfied with a service, you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date. To do so, submit a refund request via our contact form. Upon approval, the payment amount will be reimbursed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Alternatively, you may request to schedule the service for a future date at no additional charge.

Note: Custom analysis services or specialized consulting sessions do not qualify for a refund due to the bespoke work and allocation of resources required for delivery.

5.2 Information Products

Refunds for digital guides or training materials are available within 7 days of purchase, provided that less than 20% of the content has been accessed or downloaded. To request a refund, submit details of your purchase and usage via our contact form. Approved refunds will be reimbursed within 7 business days.

5.3 Goods

Physical items may be shipped back within 30 days of delivery, provided they remain in their original, unopened condition. To arrange shipment back, contact us via our contact form. Once we receive and inspect the items, the payment amount will be reimbursed within 15 business days. Customers are responsible for shipping charges unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.

6. Changes to Offerings

FiduTrack reserves the right to modify services, information products, or goods at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or notice on our website. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FiduTrack will not be liable for incidental or consequential harm arising from use of our offerings. Our total liability is limited to the total fees you have paid for the affected offering.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any dispute will be resolved by the courts of Prague.
